Brand New Electrovert Aquastorm 100

BTW has exciting news! We have purchased a brand new Electrovert Aquastorm 100. Come visit us today to check it out! The ease of operation and maintenance is far enhanced vs. our previous system. The Windows based operating system can allow us features such as data logging and trending capabilities allowing quick view of the system pressures, water levels, pump and blower operation, temperatures, and fill/drain operations whereas our old machine was all analog controls.

Cleanliness testing has shown excellent results which have been sustained far below the acceptable requirements of IPC across several different products. The drying system on the new machine leaves the product virtually free of any residual water which results in much less time being spent manually drying each board.

Our old machine was near end of life so it gave an dull and tired appearance where the new machine adds a visual appearance that stands out in our production area. The Aquastorm 100 has been configured as a Chemical Ready platform to allow us the flexibility to easily upgrade to a chemical wash system if the requirement was ever requested and/or needed. There are many features on this machine that will allow us to employ additional process controls that can be customized for any single or multiple product requirement.
